    Willowbrook Industrial Park is located north of Tomball Parkway (Highway 249) off Highway-6 and Cutten Road.  The Industrial Park is on two tracts 11802 & 11750 Cutten Road.  Willowbrook is in Zone X drainage area and is not in the 100 year flood plain. The site is 37.6805 acres or 1,641,362 SF with 60' R.O.W. on Cutten Road and 100' R.O.W on Richey Road (not yet constructed). Although Houston has no zoning ordinaces the property has a height restriction of three stories - imposed by ordinance of the City of Houston Vol. 4184, Pg 518 and amended by Vol. 5448, Pg 421, D.R.H.C.
