Capital Commercial Development (CCD) completed 5517 Hiltonview in Northwest Green (Bammel 8) Industrial Park on April 15, 2000.  Bammel 8 Industrial Park, located in Northwest Houston Texas, upon completion will entail 266,900 SF of warehouse/office space and is located on approximately 17 acres. 

5517 Hiltonview is currently leased by Able Machinery Movers, Inc. headquartered in Dallas, Texas.  Able Movers has signed a 5-year lease for $9,520 per month or $114,240 annually.  The 17,000 SF building is situated on two lots (2.5acres) with one acre of paved parking.
