Mr. Altamirano as a financial anayst assists the CCI team in evaulating the economic viability of new deals and dispositions.  This includes isolating risks and modeling sensitivities to prepare the business cases for review through fieldwork, due diligence, and analysis.  Since joining CCI in 2002, he has interacted with both public and private equity and debt partners providing information and analysis during underwriting.  Strong writing, analytical and computer skills, including masters of the major spreadsheet programs and proficiency with modeling properties and portfolios in Argus.  Mr Altamirano received his BS in Business Management from St. Edwards University.
