William Kouchalakos
is a Partner and Managing Director of Capital Commercial Investments.
His responsibilities include analyzing and negotiating the terms for
acquisition and disposition opportunities, identifying and securing
debt and equity placements, and overseeing development opportunities
for CCI. Prior to joining CCI in 2003, Mr. Kouchalakos was Co-owner
of Congress Development, Carnation Management, Brandon Real Estate,
and various Limited Partnerships engaged in the acquisition, disposition,
development, marketing, and brokerage of more than $70 million of residential
and commercial real estate in the Boston market. He was also a General
Partner and Co-Founder of Braveheart Venture Partners, a venture capital
firm formed to invest in early stage technology companies. In earlier
years, he served as President of Clean Oil Technologies and was Director
of Acquisitions for Real Estate Venture Funds, a series of real estate
opportunity funds, which acquired more than $120 million of commercial
and residential properties throughout the U.S. Mr. Kouchalakos received
his BA in Economics from Dartmouth College and his MBA from Harvard
University.
