Capital Commercial Development (CCD) is proud to announce the completion of 7614 Bluff Point Drive in Northwest Green (Bammel 8) Business Park.  Bammel Industrial Park, located in Northwest Houston Texas, entails nearly 250,000 SF of warehouse/office space located on more than 17 acres. .

Intedyne, Inc has signed a 6-year lease for $10,052 per month or $120,624 annually.  The 17,000 SF building is situated on one lot and is comprise of 3,500 SF of office space with the remaining warehouse space.  The building includes a five-ton crane in the warehouse space.

A new enterprise backed by solid financial resources, Intedyne acquired the Pegasus motor product line and retained the technical and design capabilities responsible for the development of its unique, patented sealed bearing technology. 

We have introduced our "slim series" products for coiled tubing applications and our "Boremaker™ Series" for HDD applications in the utility boring industry and will further develop and distribute the patented sealing and lubrication technology incorporated in these drilling motors. Our name, Intedyne, stems from the Latin, "inte," meaning "internal" and the Greek, "dyna," meaning "power," or "power from within" - aptly describing not only the performance of our equipment, but the strength of our company as well.
