John L. Reed
Acquisitions

John Reed will be responsible for Acquisitions including identiyfing, analyzing, and negotiating the terms for acquisitions. Mr Reed has been involved in commercial real estate investments and brokerage for over 20 years. Prior to joining Capital Commercial Investments in 2007, Mr. Reed was Vice President of Mid National Investments in Houston, Texas where he directed the acquisitions, dispositions, financing, equity placement, asset management, supervised renovations and capital improvements, participated in the formation of, and invested in, numeroud limited partnerships that acquired value added commercial real estate in the U.S. and Canada. Mr Reed is a Texas Real Estate Broker and received his BA in Business Management from Texas State University.
