CCD has developed in excess of 1 million square feet in Texas.  Recent developments include the 266,900 SF Bammel Industrial Park, 80,000 SF Bammel II , the partially completed 37.89 acre Willowbrook Industrial Park, as well as the Cranemann Industrial build to suit which totals 50,750 SF.  CCD is in the development stages of other projects including 16900 Texas Avenue (9,500 SF) and Radam Lane (60,000 SF). We plan to construct approximately 500,000 SF of Industrial space annually in Houston over the next five years.  We look forward to expanding permanent loan sources for our development projects as we continue to explore other development opportunities in nationwide.
