of Operations
Mr.
Evans is Director of Operations for Capital Commercial Investments.
He joined CCI in 1997 and has over 14 years experience in property
management, leasing, and sales. Before joining the company he was a
Property Manager and Sales and Leasing Agent for Granite Properties
of Texas. His current responsibilities include overseeing the management
and leasing of the CCI office portfolio and the management of the CCI
industrial portfolio. Specific duties include reviewing and approving
annual budgets, performing acquisition and disposition due diligence,
reviewing monthly operating statements, and preparing quarterly investor
reports. He has negotiated lease agreements on over 1.75 million square
feet of commercial space since August 1997. During his career at CCI,
Rob has overseen the management of over 2 million square feet of commercial
space and been instrumental in CCI’s “value added” approach
to real estate investing. Mr. Evans received his BA in Economics from
The University of Texas, is a CPM candidate since 2003, a Member of
the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a former Board Member
for the Commercial Leasing Brokers Association in Austin.
