Robb Buchanan
Chief Information Officer

Mr. Buchanan is Chief Information Officer for Capital Commercial Investments. Since joining CCI in 1998, he has helped transform CCI into a firm able to successfully compete in the digital era. An efficient multi tasker, he is responsible for closing coordinations, capital fundraising, oversees marketing, investor relations, corporate communications, and the management of information systems. With his in-depth knowledge of Internet-based applications and technology, he develops the digital content and creative design for CCI’s interactive and Internet media investment offerings. He has a proven track record in diverse areas of information technology management including the Internet, e-commerce, strategic IT planning, IT managements, and implementation of complex systems.

A native Texan, Robb has lived in the Austin Area since 1994. Mr. Buchanan is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, a CCIM candidate, and a public notary. Mr. Buchanan's educational background includes B.A. studies in Computer Science and Photojournalism at the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Buchanan is an Eagle Scout and an active member of his church where he serves as committee chairman for B.S.A. Troop 500. Mr. Buchanan has been active in real estate since 1996. He recently served is on the City Council for the City of Sunset Valley heading the Public and Economic Devlopment Committee from 2006-2007.
