Tyndall Yaap joined Capital Commercial Investments in 2007. He focuses his real estate practice on transactional and advisory assignments for corporate, institutional, and developer clients.  Mr. Yaap’s extensive experience working with landlords and tenants gives him unique insight on each party’s motivations thus providing a superior strategy while negotiating the transaction. 

Prior to joinging Mr. Yaap was Vice President at Grubb & Ellis specializing in brokerage of Industrial, Investment, and Land assets. Mr. Yaap has over 10-years experience in industrial real estate and is recognized as a leading expert in Houston’s industrial real estate market.  Tyndall has been involved in all phases of commercial real estate, including sale and leasing of office/warehouse properties, tenant representation, listing property, build-to-suit transactions, sale/lease backs and investment sales. He has leased, sold, or developed over 20 million square feet in excess $500 million in transactions.  He graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS degree in Recreation, Parks and Tourism Development.
